So as always, we asked her about her secrets and she spilled out a whole lot for you guys, so get ready.
Bitehype asked Nela “What are your top three ab exercises?”
Nela was so excited to answer, that she even provided us with some great videos. Oh and before I forgot, she not only provided you with exercises, but a full workout you can do TODAY. Shall we get into it?
– 20-30 sit up (focus on doing them slow and controlled – to really get that muscle contraction).
– 30 seconds obliques.
– 15-30 seconds still abs.
No break in between!

This can also be done without the resistance band.
– 15-30 lying leg raises.
– 15-30 one leg raises
– 15-30 wide v leg raises (great for the lower side abdominals).
– 15-30 crunches (be careful with the neck).
– 30-60 sec. ab cycling.

She actually posted this as the first one, but I think this is a more advanced version, give the first two workouts a try and then move onto this!
– 15-30 wall straight leg pushes (great for the lower abdominals).
– 15-30 side leg pushes (targets the obliques).
– 15-30 side leg touches (move a bit further from the wall, than you would with the first two exercises. Try to move your leg as much to the opposite side as you can)
